We are in network and do accept most Dental PPO plans. If your benefit plan is a PPO, you are allowed to select any provider you like. Since Smile Kingdom Dental is a “preferred provider” for most PPO insurance plans, you would get the maximum benefit your insurance policy offers with our office. Our philosophy in providing quality pediatric dental care for your child is solely based on Dr. Juarez’s professional recommendation. Due to the restrictive nature of most Dental HMO plans, we currently do not accept HMO, DHMO or Managed care plans under Medi-Cal or Denti-cal.
